ziilch features a feedback and environmental footprint system. The feedback function allows users to rate on how the item was described and on communication using a 5 star rating system. You can also give written feedback that may help other ziilch users communicate with a member in the future.
Environmental footprints are allocated at the end of a successful transaction to members. See how active a member is on ziilch by looking at their footprint icon (usually displayed next to their username) - the more transactions they make on ziilch, either taking an item, or giving it away, the "greener" their ranking will be.
