1. Begin with end in mind

Have a clear picture of what you would do with the extra “ME TIME”


2. Plan it- Make CLUTTER a priority

Mark a day and time in your calendar to start and finish


3. START

First invest 10 minutes a day to picking up and responsibly disposing of rubbish and recyclables until complete.

Then spend 10 minutes a day returning items to their correct home until everything is stored away.


4. De Clutter

Once you have removed the rubbish and stored away the items you want to keep the rest is clutter. Invest 10 minutes a day removing all the remaining items to local charities or returning items which do not belong to you.


5. Reward yourself

This is the one you have been waiting and working so hard for... ME TIME....YIPPY! It is time to REWARD yourself and live the life you truly want.
