How to declutter in 4 simple steps
How to declutter – back to basics!
There are 4 simple steps you need to take to de clutter your home.
But first let’s organise the tools you will need:
Great we have all the tools so let’s start!
Step 1.
Clear a work space, like a table or a bench top.
Once you have your work space, line up your garbage bin, recycle bin, and your boxes. Label the boxes: stay, Ziilch and return.
Step 2.
Bite size! Start with one drawer or one shelf; empty everything out of a drawer or a shelf.
Step 3.
Sort into garbage, recycling, stay, Ziilch and return. Place items into the relevant container.
Returns are the things that do not belong in this space; they should live elsewhere in the house. If they belong to someone else make a time to return them.
Step 4.
Only put back what you need and want.
You have instantly created:
· Space
· Reduced your housework
· Reduced the amount of time you spend looking for stuff.
At Eco organiser we believe that life is too short to be looking for stuff. And would much rather spend our valuable time doing things we love doing, you know a little “ME TIME”
Continue these 4 simple steps until you have cleared the clutter. Be realistic about how long it will take to achieve your vision, if you have been living with clutter for a long time you cannot expect to conquer your clutter in one afternoon.
