Have you ever said to yourself "I have nothing to wear"?

I am sure you have. Did you know we only wear 20% of our clothes? So what is the other 80% doing cluttering your space? A quick de clutter and organise solves this dilemma, it's called "Shop your wardrobe".

Step 1

Clear everything from your wardrobe and remove anything that you no longer need or feel great wearing.

Step 2

Donate or give away any clothing in good condition then responsibly dispose of clothes in poor condition.

Step 3

Categorise remaining clothes into the following piles:

• Shirts and t shirts
• Jumpers and jackets
• Pants
• Shoes

Step 4

Don't be surprised to find things you forgot you had or things you love but have found difficult to co- ordinate. They go in a separate pile called "Let's go shopping".

Step 5

Only return the items to your wardrobe that you really love and make you feel great.

Tip: Zone your wardrobe into - work, play and leisure then group colours light to dark

Step 6

Wrap handbags in old pillowslips (to keep the dust off and allow any moisture to escape)

Step 7

Take your remaining clothes that fall into "I forgot I had this" and "I never knew how to wear" pile and put them into the your "Lets go shopping" pile.

Benefits
• It's easy to find what you want when you want it.
• Easy to co-ordinate.
• Better for our environment
• Saves money and time
Think about this when you shop your wardrobe next... It takes 30-40 years for nylon fabric to biodegrade!
